The personal data which we collect may for example be your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and similar identification details, information about an online purchase and about your navigation on the website.

Collection, purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data occur in one or more of the below cases:

When buying goods online on madamstoltz.dk. The purpose of the collection is the execution of your order in our web shop and observance of general legislation, e.g. accounting and financial statements, and the legal basis is article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

When signing up for Madam Stoltz's newsletter:  

The purpose of the collection is to send you relevant newsletters, and, with your explicit consent, to use your personal data (e.g., email address) for marketing purposes, including creating targeted advertisements and lookalike audiences on third-party platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 9).

Please note that use of your personal data to send marketing material only occurs if you have given your prior express consent unless law permits us to contact you or your company without your having given your prior consent.

Madam Stoltz keeps statistics of the areas of the website that our users visit and the products that the users prefer. These data contain no personal data. The data collected are used to obtain knowledge of the users’ use of the website. That information is used to improve the website. However, we use data about all of our users’ navigation to understand how our users as a group use madamstoltz.dk, and we use that background to improve the website. We cannot see where you come from or where you surf to on the Internet when you leave our site. Furthermore, we collect information about the products that our users prefer as a group. That information is also used to improve the website. We do not sell or in any other way pass on information about our users’ use and navigation on our website, and we do not sell or pass on your purchase information to any third parties.


3. Disclosure to other data controllers

Your personal data are generally not passed on to third parties without your permission. However, data for the purpose of goods delivery are passed on to the carrier used by Madam Stoltz.

In case of restructuring or the sale of the company in whole or in part, any disclosure in that context will be according to the legislation on the processing of personal data in force from time to time.

These third parties act as joint data controllers for the specific purpose of managing advertising campaigns. 5. Erasure of personal data

We erase your personal data when we no longer need to process them to fulfil one or more of the purposes stated in section 3 above. However, the data may be processed and stored longer in depersonalised form.

No personal data necessary to manage the customer relationship will be erased. Other data will be erased following 5 years + the current year.

When unsubscribing from newsletters, you will be unsubscribed immediately, but documentation for the consent originally given will be saved for two years.
